Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning and repair services for houses of worship. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Service Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may change. For scheduled services, please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

If service was not performed as agreed upon

If we were unable to complete the agreed scope of work due to circumstances within our control
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any issues at no additional charge. If we cannot resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
